its 11:21pm now. i think i shld sleep already. tml is training at 9am. but im meeting kh at 815am for morning run. we havent run for a long time, and that time coach punished us, made me realise
how much my stamina has dropped. yea, so i better catch some sleep.

run four rounds in 10 mins under the big hot sun at 3PM ! i finished in 9:41 mins, including the time taken to walk from hall to track and track back to hall. okay la, at least didnt have that much muscle aches as i expect i'd hv. erm, and planning bmt chalet, and distributing work for chem proj.
maybe one thg that can get me more excited is that o's finished! well, and
shum had to fulfil her promise. before my KL trip/after my KL trip, hmm i really donno. elin suggest
both, which is what i think is best ha (: shum and suz, if you see this, contact me, we'll discuss about it kay.

hmm friday trg was okay, i admit, it was tiring but fun. yea, th mini compt is i think great. as in it helps to
bond th team tgt like what jaslin said, but th thing is that sometimes because we wanted to win too much, we often do all the things wrongly. well, like th jump backwards and not stepping on th line thg, well, we step how many times, stop how many times, everyone still continued on.
if only we did for th sake of trg, not for th sake of winning. and th wheelbarrow cum crawling thing, wahseh,
i think i suffer from internal bleeding cos of it! well, i had muscle aches, so serious that when i cough, the tensed up muscle will be super pain. and th stupid thg is im coughing like mad now la.

when two person are fated to be tgt, they will be tgt for as long as they're fated to be. for those ppl who know about th recent two cases that got me super upset, yea i seriously feel this applies to both cases.
hmm, well i feel that
magnet is a v interesting thing. you know, i feel that we are like magnets. like what you said, we're not very close from the start.
so, we have a certain distant between us. well, everything is okay then. its when we both, or rather me, i tried to
bring the both of us closer. and tada, who knows we're both negative/positive whatever u want it to be. and poof!
