omg i'm going to apologise for blogging a short post on 08ao1's blog. haha instead of my blog, alright, basically im saying i'll blog abt genting stuff today or tmr, and ive finally finished my chem hw which ive alr handed in phew :D
alright let me just blog okay about my genting trip (:
1st day-i had to wake up at 430am and yea took a cab that mummy hired and yea and stuff, boarded the coach at 6plus and was feeling so excited that i cant sleep. i think i only managed to fall asleep at 1plus the night before too.
oh yea i saw the sunrise it was v nice but the coach was moving so i couldnt snap a nice photo of it. then yea half the journey was like plantations throughout haha yea so the plants/trees covered my sun. but the ride was much shorter than ive expected it to be, it took about 6hours, gosh 2years ago it took 6,7 hours to reach selangor/kl too! alright, actually about the same, but i seriously thought its gonna take 8hours or so. the mist up there was really nice. the view was quite spectacular, sorry im a noob i havent been up there in genting before.
anyway, its really when you're so high up that you feel so small and that you've so much more things that you can do, seriously. first day, nothing much, check-in took a long time, when we finally settled and stuff yea its 4plus alr. wanted to catch a midnight movie but the 11pm one was all sold out. and me and my cousins agreed that if we catch the 130am one, we'd all fall asleep in the cinema. so decided to watch it on the 2nd day instead. walk everywhere to every other hotel, settled at one bigger arcade and started playing. and yea, after that we took a shuttle bus down to mushroom farm for dinner. actually they dont really serve much mushroom dishes, but the stuff there are like cheap. it costs RM99 for the 8 of us, with drinks, so basically it was like S$5 with drinks. and best of all, it was nice :D but the weather was real cold, and me and my sis and my cousin was in shorts, so yea we were shivering like hell, but it was worth it 'cause the dinner is nice :D showered and played a while of taidi

2nd day-
of course that's always the most exciting and fun day right. woke up at 8plus, ate breakfast and yea went down to kl :D board a shuttle bus and some funny things happen. alright there was this group of 8 guys, maybe some guys that finish a's, yea they boarded the bus and realised there were some other indian guys sitting on their seats. so yea, this guy was saying in chi luh, prob so that the indians cant understand, that he will make sure he claims the seat back when the driver is back. and he said smth real funny, i heard i was laughing nonstop, secretly luh 'cause i dont want them to stare at me haha. not like they will though, they look like a bunch of jokers, at least that black shirt guy does haha. he told his friend 'eh, lets bluff them that this bus is to johor then tell them wrong bus' okay maybe it doesnt sound funny but u really have to be there to see and hear it aha. then the driver came up and the indians and the driver sort of quarrelled a bit. one indian was reasoning with one of the guys, and okay v hilarious somemore, he was speaking tamil or malay, smth i couldnt understand, then the guy also couldnt understand, but he just kept nodding his head and smiling like he understood every single word, and the smile is just so fake haha. lol it was super hilarious, me and my cousins broke out in laughter. haha i really couldnt control. in the end only 2 indians gave up their seats, so only 6/8 guys get to sit down, 1 squeeze with the other 2. and another one sat behind me (there happens to be an empty seat there). at first he didnt want to sit, but his friend said eh one hour leh, its like taking 178 from jurong point to woodlands, i wonder if its really that long. haha, right this group of ppl who lives either in boonlay or woodlands, if you happen to see this post, i just wanna say that you guys are really just so hilarious LOL.
not done yet, the shuttle bus sent us to titiwangsa, some station of the kl monorail luh. i rmb there was this station called raja chulan! haha RAJA. anw my sister is fascinated w raja, she couldnt stop mentioning his name every few days. okay and yea we struggled to find out which station we've to stop to reach all those shopping/town area. my mum suggested asking the others, and me and meiying jiejie was like they also dont know! they referring to that 8guys luh, 'cause they were struggling as well. but we figured out earlier and went off. stop at bukit bintang, and the shopping centre on the left and right was lot10 and sungei wang. so yea ive been wanting to go to sungei wang despite hongjie saying that it wasnt v interesting haha. i think i sort of rmb he said that. yea and like what he says, its nothing interesting luh, just like any other typical shopping centre. i bought a pair of slippers there luh, 'cause my legs are aching from my shoes and yea the design is quite unique, smth that i havent seen so far in sg yea. went back and continue shopping at first world plaza. oh yes huiwei, i stayed at first world hotel and luckily, i didnt hear the horror stories that happened there, phew. and oh oh oh, i'm so sorry for being selfish and spending the money on my stuff only haha. which is basically a hp pouch, a new pencil case, a new wallet, and i forgot what. but talking about wallet, the guy selling the wallet is cute :D haha, i will talk about it more on the 3rd day part. at 11pm, me and mei and gor went to meet my cousins outside the cinema and proceeded in to watch 'the day the earth stood still' not bad luh, at least i didnt fall asleep 'cause its the first time im watching a midnight movie. and yea, so its quite good and interesting to some standard such that it can captivate me and my attention. the adults which are my parents and my aunties and uncles and my grandma, only came back from the casino at about 130am. and i only fell asleep at around 2plus to 3am 'cause i couldnt stop laughing whenever i think of what the 8guys did on the bus to genting haha.
3rd day-
i know this is a long post, please bear with it. awoke at 730am but 'cause the temperature is just so right and the bed is so comfy, yea i lag around in bed till 830am. wash up and went down to shop w my sis 'cause she claims she still hasnt finished shopping. but the shops arent open till around 10am so after breakfast, we started to shop again. went to see the cute guy again haha :D that cute guy that sells wallet (lilin, when you go genting, pls take note of the cute guy at level 2B 2nd store near the escalator, its those movable trolley kind of store). i cant really rmb everything but lets just post our conversation up here (:
him: -blabbers on about the prices of the wallets-
-after he finished talking (which is quite long 'cause he was telling my sis more about the wallet but actually she was only pretending to see)
me: oh ya i know, i was here yesterday.
him: yesterday?
me: yea i bought a wallet here yesterday.
him: -thinks for a while- yesterday, isit 9plus PM?
MY SIS: yea when you're closing alr.
him: OH..OHH! yea yea yea. -then he goes on to ask about the guy that was with us ytd which is my brother-
him: so, are you all from singapore?
me: mhm yea.
him: singapore where?
-me and my sis dont know what to answer, 'cause msia got kl, selangor, malacca, penang but sg got no such states-
me: urm redhill, you heard of it? (and obviously he didnt)
okay so ive realised my post is really long alr, so i'll stop here. anyway, after that wasnt v interesting luh. hah said bye to him and yea got teased by my aunties 'cause they were all waiting for us to go board the coach. whatever, like i'll fall in love with a guy so easily haha.
but alright, basically genting is really not v interesting. i didnt get to go the theme park 'cause the 2nd day i was down at kl. but yea, it was nice as in 'cause after that, mum and dad did talk more, and the cold war was sort of not present for that three days. although it was just three days, and i hope it will continue longer. but yea, haha and i know ive been pestering hongjie these days, 'cause i know much more about msia now, and im v eager to share it with someone that knows equally much, if not more :D and i can only say that its quite unlucky that he happens to know me haha (: but yea, thanks and sorry (:
to badmt ppl, sorry i cant attend the chalet. and yea to the other girls and coach rosie, sorry i couldnt make it in time to have dinner with you guys ):
and to joshua ang, sorry i couldnt go down to jurong point to show my support. but then again, i also wont be buying the telemovie 'cause first, im broke, 2nd, sorry altho it has joshua ang, but it doesnt attract me much. i hope joshua ang get well soon, and i'm expecting him new show :D
